"Blaizing Lotus"...WHAT'S IN A NAME?


Here's how and why I came to choose the name "BLAIZING LOTUS"...
	On July 25th, 2008, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, a perfectly healthy bundle of pure love and joy. Her name was Kyanite Blaize Nova. I called her Blaize. On September 1st, 2008, Blaize mysteriously and unexpectedly died of what they called SIDS. (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.)
As tragic as it all may seem, the more time that passes, the more I realize what a blessing the whole experience really was. Blaize came with a very specific purpose...it just didn't take her long to fulfill that purpose.
	My angel came to teach me, and others, the lesson of true love and compassion. She came to teach me about detachment, through the process of letting go. She helped me gain an appreciation for life and taught me how precious it really is, especially in its most pure and innocent form.
I got this tattoo on my back to commemorate her fabulous existence here on earth. A lotus flower is significant to me because the lotus produces a beautiful flower even with its roots in the dirtiest, muckiest water. The symbolism is that a person can rise above being rooted in the hardest situations, and allow it to blossom into a beautiful experience. So when I started pursuing this healing business, it was ever so obvious what I should name it: The "BLAIZING LOTUS.”
